Food trucks are reserved on a first come, first served basis up to a year in advance. Longer lead times are beneficial especially for weekend events. With a signed contract and a deposit we are able to reserve your date. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted.

cost and payments

Cost Determination
The cost of your cookout is determined by the amount of food served, plus sales tax and miscellaneous charges such as trip-charge, mileage and overtime or the minimum, whichever is higher.

Money Exchange
Money is not accepted at the Cookout Truck. It will be your responsibility to pre-sell tickets or have someone at the event to handle money.

Payment
Final payment must be made at the completion of your event by check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. To pay a bill or make a payment, please contact us at HappyPlaceEatery@gmail.com

Terms and Conditions
Prices, terms and conditions are subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified no less than 60 days prior to your event.

When deciding where the Food Truck is to be parked please allow for maneuverability and consider the following: The truck requires 65 feet of parking space, with 14 feet overhead clearance and 14 feet wide clearance. The truck should be parked on a firm, level surface. Be sure to keep clear approximately 15 feet in width for the trailer to depart.

Please be aware that some areas may be inaccessible due to narrow or steep roads or driveways and low overhanging trees.

You are responsible for obtaining the food truck’s location and any event permits if necessary. A map of how to get to your location and where you want the truck placed is appreciated. Happy Place Eatery maintains the right to relocate the truck if the site is not suitable.
