It started in 2022 with a single food truck, a small team, and a big idea: bring real, fire-grilled comfort food to the 805 — the kind you'd happily wait in line for.
Two and a half years later, on October 29, 2024, we opened our doors on Main Street in Downtown Ventura. Same crew. Same recipes. Same energy. Now with 18 taps and room to host the whole neighborhood.
